Abstract:
The research is aimed to measure and evaluate the efficiency performance of the listing  agricultural companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2010. This research had two stages, in first stage the researcher use Data Envelopment Analysis with financial indicator as a construction. In the first analysis, researcher use 2 inputs (total asset and total equity) and 2 outputs (operating revenue and net income). The results showed that 6 of out 8 companies are efficient. In the second stage, researcher using performance matrix, the combined of DEA result and profitability ratio. Performance matrix indentified firms to four quadrants, there are superstar, question marks, cash cow, and problem child. The results showed that 5 companies in quadrant 1 (superstar), 1 company in quadrant 2 (question marks), 1 company in quadrant 3 (cash cow), and 1 company in quadrant 4 (problem child). This research give implication to companies and investor about the agricultural companies in the period of 2010 and can be a benchmark in agricultural companies.
